Spotlight customer reviews: Customer Rating: Summary: seems to be a lower quality knock off Comment: The cable I received was missing the ferrite noise suppresion beads on either end, but it did eventually work once I downloaded the correct software. It doesn't come with any software, so you will need to download the SonyEricsson PC Suite Software to connect a phone to MS Windows. Sony also has some other software: Update Service software and Media Manager Software which aren't worth the trouble of downloading.
